• We guarantee to deliver the right tree specie in the best condition as possible, free from pests and diseases. 
• For deliveries we use international parcel service and we could not take any responsibility for long deliveries and plant storage during delivery. For special deliveries we ask customers come to our site and take plants for themselves. 
• If any mistake happens with packaging, we send out the right specie. 
• Customer understand that he buys a live organism and he take full responsibility after receiving the package. If any type of failure happens we ask to do photo documentation and full process description from receiving the package till the case.
